<br />I. "Plans and documents attached herewith have been reviewed by (Name of Consultant) and <br />found to be in compliance with all Building, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical and! or Housing <br />Codes and related Building Division Policies." <br /> <br />2. "Check with other City Divisions or Departments for their separate plan approval. A <br />Building Permit will not be issued until all affected City Divisions and! or Departments stamp <br />and sign the final approved plan." <br /> <br />The CONSULTANT shall enter into the City's computer system the dates of all correction <br />notices and the dates of plan review completion as soon thereafter as those dates are established. <br /> <br />Field revisions delivered to CONSULTANT shall be reviewed upon receipt of the revisions. <br />CONSULTANT shall be paid for time and material based on the rate proscribed herein. A <br />minimum of one hour plan review time may be charged for field revisions. <br /> <br />At the CITY'S option, the CITY may require the CONSULTANT to perform a portion or all of <br />the plan review work at the City of Pleasant on's Building Inspection Division office. The <br />CONTRACTOR may also be required to meet with Building Permit Applicants and City Staffto <br />resolve issues and answer questions related to existing or proposed plan review projects. <br />Performance beyond work covered by plan review fees shall be in accordance with the hourly <br />rates for such services as stated in this Agreement and only upon written approval of CITY. <br /> <br />"FAST TRACK" or "EXPEDITED" plan reviews. CONSULTANT is authorized by the CITY to <br />perform fast track plan reviews. Fast track is not intended for hazardous materials or fire alarm <br />plan reviews. CONSULTANT shall notify any fast tract client that the fast tract is only for <br />Building and Safety and Livermore Pleasanton Fire plan review and any fast tract work <br />involving City Engineering and! or Planning Divisions will require at least five weeks to be <br />approved by those Divisions. All new and revised plans must first be submitted to the Building <br />& Safety counter to pay the normal plan review fee and to have a plan check permit number <br />assigued. All fast track fees are due and payable directly to the CONSULTANT. Length oftime <br />to complete fast track review is between the applicant and the CONSULTANT. CONSULTANT <br />shall transmit all reviewed plans back to the City for processing and final plan approval. <br />CONSULT ANT shall notify client ofthe following: <br />(I) After reviewed plans are returned to the CITY a minimum of three working days are <br />required by City staff to approve and process plans for permit issuance and; <br />(2) Additional Building Counter Staff time may be required if all required information is not <br />submitted by the applicant and! or; <br />(3) Other CITY divisions or departments may not have completed their separate plan review <br />and; <br />(4) No building permits will be issued unless and until all City Department or Divisions have <br />completed their separate plan reviews. <br /> <br />CONSULT ANT shall fax one copy of all correction lists and final plan review notices to the <br />CITY as stated in this Agreement. <br />
