ENGINEER'S REPORT <br /> <br /> LANDSCAPE DISTRICT NO. 1984-1 <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> Roger D. Higdon, City Engineer, Engineer for Landscape District No. 1984-1. City of <br />Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, makes this report as directed by the City Council. <br />pursuant to Section 22585 of the Streets and Highways Code (Landscaping and Lighting Act of <br />1972). <br /> <br /> The improvements which are the subject of this Report are briefly described as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Landscaping, including trees, shrubs and irrigation system all as delineated on the <br /> landscape and irrigation plans for Tract 5257 (Phase III Landscape District <br /> 1984-1). <br /> <br /> Said improvements are within the following areas: <br /> <br /> a. North of Corte de Flores on the west side of Paseo Santa Cruz <br /> approximately 160 feet long by 6 feet wide, and north on Corte Pacifica on <br /> the east side of Paseo Santa Cruz approximately 1,370 feet long by 6 feet <br /> wide. <br /> <br />This Report consists of five parts, as follows: <br /> <br /> PART A Plans and specifications for the improvements constructed in 1985. <br /> <br /> PART B An estimate of the cost for maintenance of the existing improvements and <br /> proposed improvements. <br /> <br /> PART C An assessment of the estimated cost of the improvement on each <br /> benefitted parcel of land within the Assessment District. <br /> <br /> PART D A statement describing the method by which the amount proposed to be <br /> assessed against each parcel was determined. <br /> <br /> PART E An assessment diagram which shows each parcel of real property within <br /> the assessment district.
