CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 06-046 BONDE RANCH LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT (Pursuant to Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 2. Section 3. Section 4. Section 5. Section 6. The City Council intends to levy and collect assessments within Lighting and Landscape Assessment District No. 1993-2, Bonde Ranch during fiscal year 2006-07. The area of land to be assessed is located in the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County. The improvements to be made in this assessment district are generally described as follows: The maintenance and repair of street lighting, designated landscaped areas, open space slopes, fuel transition zones (fire breaks), entry features, open space drainage ditches, irrigation systems, trees in the open space and designated landscape areas, and the furnishing of water and power for irrigation systems, together with all appurtenant and incidental expenses within Tract 6483 and Tract 6518, City of Pleasant on. In accordance with this Council's resolution directing the filing of an annual report, Philip A. Grubstick, Engineer of Work, has filed with the Deputy City Clerk the report required by the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972. All interested persons are referred to that report for a full and detailed description of the improvements, the boundaries of the assessments upon assessable lots and parcels of land within the assessment district. On Tuesday, the 18th day of July 2006, at the hour of 7:00 pm, the City Council will conduct a public hearing on the question of the levy of the proposed annual assessment. The hearing will be located in the City Council Chambers, 200 Old Bemal Avenue, Pleasanton, California. The Deputy City Clerk is authorized and directed to give the notice of hearing required by the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
