CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0.99-078 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING 1998-99 THIRD QUARTER <br />FINANCIAL REPORT AND UPDATE OF CITY'S GENERAL <br />FINANCIAL POLICIES <br />WHEREAS, each quarter a report of financial condition is presented to Council which includes <br />any staff recommendations for budget amendments or actions needed; and <br />WHEREAS, staff presented to Council such a report (SR 99:169) for the third quarter of the <br />fiscal year ending June 30, 1999; and <br />WHEREAS, as a result of the third quarter financial review, staff made recommendations as <br />outlined in that report. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Approves the Operating Budget amendments as outlined in the attached Appendix <br />A. <br />Section 2: Approves the Capital Improvement Program Budget amendments as outlined in <br />the attached Appendix B. <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br />Section 4: This resolution shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption <br />in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation, published and <br />circulated in the City of Pleasanton. <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JUNE 15, 1999 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />
