<br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06-031 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 92-100 <br />(MASTER FEE SCHEDULE) TO ESTABLISH REVISED <br />WATER SERVICE ACTIVATION FEES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 92-100 (A Resolution Establishing Fees and Charges for Various <br />Municipal Services) is the present repository for listing of fees and charges for the <br />City of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds the fees are neither discriminatory nor excessive; will be <br />sufficient to pay the revenue bonds; and will comply with the provisions of the <br />bonds and Revenue Bond Law of 1941; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council desires the new fee schedule to be effective as of July 13, 2006. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section I: Resolution No. 92-100 (Master Fee Schedule) is hereby amended to read as of <br />July 13, 2006, as set forth on Exhibit "A," attached hereto and incorporated herein <br />by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON MAY 16,2006, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brozosky, McGovern, Sullivan, Thome and Mayor Hosterman <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />A~~~ <br /> <br />Michael H.
