<br />r <br /> <br />" <br /> <br /> <br />4F <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />..I <br /> <br />- I. <br /> <br />pLEASANTONo <br /> <br />City Council <br />Staff Report <br /> <br />June 6, 2006 <br />Public Works Department <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF ENGINEER'S REPORT AND <br />BUDGET, AND SET PUBLIC HEARING FOR 2006-07 ANNUAL <br />ASSESSMENTS FOR LANDSCAPE AND LIGHTING DISTRICT <br />1984-1 (PONDEROSA-DEL PRADO), 1993-1 (WINDSOR), 1993-2 <br />(BONDE RANCH), 1994-1 (OAK TREE FARM), AND 1995-1 <br />(MOLLER RANCH) <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the City Council take the following action at the <br />meeting of June 6, 2006: <br /> <br />1. Approve the resolutions directing filing of the annual reports. <br /> <br />2. Approve the resolutions of intention to order improvements. <br /> <br />3. Approve the Engineer's Reports. <br /> <br />4. Schedule a public hearing for July 18, 2006 and authorize the Deputy / <br />City Clerk to advertise a Notice of Annual Hearing (Sec. 22626) ten <br />days prior to the hearing. <br /> <br />SUMMARY: <br /> <br />The Annual Assessments for the maintenance of landscape and lighting <br />districts in the Ponderosa Homes (Del Prado), Windsor, Bonde Ranch, <br />Oak Tree Farm, and Moller Ranch subdivisions have been calculated for <br />fiscal year 2006-07.
