RESPONSE TO MARY L. ROBERTS' LETTER DATED MAY 21, 2006 Staff responses to the followina comments are italicized and in red. May 23, 2005 Architcctural Design Guidelincs-Windy Oaks-Reznick Response 5/21/06 I thought I would have had time to discuss my concerns with Mr. Reznick and Mr. Basile, but apparcntly the design guidclines are going to be considered now rather than with the tentative map as previously proposed. I might add that [ have not seen thc ncw conditions that Planning is proposing. My numerous concerns follow though they may be addressed in these new conditions of approval. Staff recommends the Planning Commission consider the Architectural Design Guidelines at the time the Tentative Map is considered for review and approval and has amended condition number 18 as follows: 18.
