<br />Recommended language: "Drainage and Utility Plans shall be submitted for City <br />Council approval as part of its review of the PUD development plan. Drainage <br />from Lot 1 shall not drain onto the adjacent Roberts property, 1666 Frog Hill Lane. <br />In addition, drainage from the development shall not drain onto the adjacent <br />Brozosky property, 1 Brozosky Hill Lane." <br /> <br />Staff proposes to amend condition number 14 as follows: <br /> <br />14. In addition, drainage from the development shall not drain onto <br />the adjacent Brozosky property, I Brozosky Hill Lane. <br /> <br />Issue 8 - Trees <br />I would encourage significant replanting of trees at sufficient size to screen the development, <br />especially at the higher elevations, in exchange for contributing to the forestry fund. <br /> <br />Staff has recommended the same. <br /> <br />Issue 9 - Desi!!n Guidelines <br />I would recommend that the Design Guidelines come back as part of the Tentative map to allow <br />ample time for review. <br /> <br />Staff recommends the Planning Commission consider the Architectural Design Guidelines at the <br />time the Tentative Map is considered for review and approval and has amended condition <br />number 18 as follows: <br /> <br />18.
