CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 99-062 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ORDER <br /> IMPROVEMENTS, LANDSCAPE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br /> NO. 1984-1, PONDEROSA HOMES (PURSUANT TO THE <br /> LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING ACT OF 1972) <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council intends to levy and collect assessments within Landscape <br /> Assessment District No. 1984-1, Ponderosa Homes, during fiscal year 1999-00. <br /> The area of land to be assessed is located in the City of Pleasanton, Alameda <br /> County. <br /> <br />Section 2: The improvements to be made in this assessment district are generally described as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> Maintenance of a landscaped strip north of Corte de Flores on the west side of <br /> Paseo Santa Cruz and noah on Corte Pacific on the east side of Paseo Santa Cruz. <br /> <br />Section 3: In accordance with this Council's resolution directing the filing of an annual report, <br /> Roger D. Higdon, Engineer of Work, has filed with the City Clerk the report <br /> required by the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972. All interested persons are <br /> referred to that report for a full and detailed description of the improvements, the <br /> boundaries of the assessments upon assessable lots and parcels of land within the <br /> assessment district. <br /> <br />Section 4: On Tuesday, the 15th day of June 1999, at the hour of 7:00 p.m.., the City Council <br /> will conduct a public hearing on the question of the levy of the proposed annual <br /> assessment. The hearing will be located in the City Council Chambers, 200 Old <br /> Bemal Avenue, Pleasanton, California. <br /> <br />Section 5: The City Clerk is authorized and directed to give the notice of hearing required by <br /> the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972. <br /> <br /> <br />
