The amount of the development impact fee collected, the cash balance <br />(including interest earnings) as of June 30, 2005 for this fee held for ten <br />years or more, the purpose for the fee, reason for refunding the fee: <br /> <br />(i) Fund 479 - $2,000; New Cities Development Group <br />Cash Balance - $3,146 <br />Project - Maintenance of a temporary Emergency Vehicle <br />Access Easement for Walnut Glen Estates, Tract 6596. The <br />$2,000 plus interest earned will be returned to New Cities <br />Development Group.
