CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 99-058 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE <br /> DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF PASSPORT <br /> HOMES, AS FILED UNDE CASE PUD-98-08 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 18, 1999, the City Council received a proposed mitigated <br /> negative declaration for the application of Passport Homes for rezoning an <br /> approximately 64-acre site to PUD-RDR/PHS (Planned Unit Development - Rural <br /> Density Residential/Public Health and Safety) and development plan approval for <br /> six new single-family residential lots, one lot for the existing residence, and one <br /> open space lot located at 11115 Dublin Canyon Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received and reviewed the Initial Study dated January 18, 1999, <br /> and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held a which time the public as given the <br /> opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the <br /> applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Mitigation <br /> Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that based upon the review of the Initial Study and the <br /> testimony and commentary evidence presented at the public hearing none of the <br /> impacts would be significant or unable to be mitigated to an insignificant level; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the developer has agreed to mitigation measures to render these potential impacts <br /> insignificant. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />
