Resolution No. 99-041 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 1: The Fire Inspector is ordered to abate the nuisance declared by Resolution No. <br /> 99-023 by having the weeds, rubbish and refuse removed and for this purpose, the <br /> Fire Inspector may enter upon private property to abate the nuisance. Before the <br /> Fire Inspector arrives, any property owner may remove the weeds, rubbish or <br /> refuse at their own expense. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Fire Inspector or the contractor awarded the work by the City for removal of <br /> weeds, rubbish or refuse as the case may be, shall keep an account of the cost of <br /> abatement in front of or on each separate parcel of land where the work is done <br /> and shall submit to the City Council for consideration, hearing or objections, <br /> modification and confirmation, an itemized written report showing the cost, all as <br /> more particularly described by Government Code Section 39574. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON APRIL 6, 1999 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> PeggyCL.(/E~c~o, ¢l~y~lerlZ <br />APPROVED AS TO F;~Vf <br /> <br />Michael H.
