Resolution No. 93-147 Page Two NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: In addition to the improvements previously ordered for the NPID #1, the City Council intends to order the following improvement under the authority of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913: A traffic light signal and necessary appurtenances at the intersection of Chabot and Stoneridge Drives, Pleasanton, California. Section 2: The City Council hereby intends to amend the assessment roll for said District in order to fund this project. Section 3: The City Council hereby sets January 4, 1994 and January 18, 1994, at 7:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, 200 Old Bernal, Pleasanton, California, as the dates, time and place for public hearings on this proposed change in the scope of work and amendment to the assessment roll for NPID #1. Section 4: The City Clerk is hereby directed to publish and provide a copy of this resolution as provided in the Streets and Highway Code.
