CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 93-146 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS FOR WINDSOR <br /> LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br /> (Pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act <br /> of 1972) <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: On this date the City Council adopted its Resolution <br /> <br /> Initiating Proceedings for the formation of the Windsor <br /> Lighting and Landscape Maintenance District and directed <br /> the preparation and filing of an Engineer's Report on the <br /> proposed formation. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Engineer for the proceedings has filed an <br /> <br /> Engineer's Report with the City Clerk. <br /> <br />Section 3: Owners of all land within the boundaries of the <br /> <br /> proposed assessment district have filed their consent to <br /> the formation for the propQsed district without notice of <br /> hearing, and to the adoption of the Engineer's Report and <br /> the levy of assessments stated therein. <br /> <br />Section 4: The City Council hereby orders the improvements and the <br /> formation of the assessment district described in the <br /> Resolution Initiating Proceedings and in the Engineer's <br /> Report. <br /> <br /> Section 5: The City Council hereby confirms the diagram and <br /> assessment contained in the Engineer's Report, and levies <br /> the assessment for the fiscal year 1993-94. <br /> <br /> <br />
