CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 93-134 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br /> FOR THE APPLICATION OF RICHARD PAREJO AS FILED <br /> UNDER CASE PUD-93-01 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 12, 1993, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for the <br /> application of Richard Parejo for rezoning 1.96± acres of <br /> land from the Agricultural and West Foothill Road <br /> Corridor Overlay Districts to the PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development)-LDR (Low Density Residential) and West <br /> Foothill Road Corridor Overlay Districts and for <br /> development plan approval for a two-lot single-family <br /> residential development located at 2884 Foothill Road; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated April 30, 1993 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning and <br /> development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and localguidelines <br /> governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and <br /> Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and <br /> development plan would not have any significant adverse <br /> effects on the environment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application <br /> of Richard Parejo for rezoning 1.96± acres of land from <br /> the Agricultural and West Foothill Road Corridor Overlay <br /> Districts to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-LDR (Low <br /> Density Residential) and West Foothill Road Corridor <br /> Overlay Districts and for development plan approval for <br /> a two-lot single-family residential development located <br /> at 2884 Foothill Road. <br /> <br /> <br />
