11. Pleasanton residents and Pleasanton workers shall comprise a class which <br /> will be given first priority for purchasing project units. <br /> <br /> 12. If more than one qualified buyer is available, a lottery will be used to select <br /> the buyer. <br /> <br />13. AS the "moderate income" household is paying the same price (i.e. $219,000) <br /> as other households for the same type of unit, there are no restrictions <br /> Imposed by the City on the resale of the "moderate income" units. <br /> <br />14. Temporary leasing of the unit will be allowed (less than one year) with City <br /> approval. <br /> <br />15. Notwithstanding the above, Increases in owner household size and income <br /> to those beyond qualifying levels will be allowed, should qualified "moderate <br /> income" buyers not be found within six months after receiving final certificate <br /> of occupancy for each of the 16 units. <br /> <br />16. The City will provide administrative sewices (itself or by contract) to assist <br /> in finding and qualifying buyers and ensuring all program rules are followed. <br /> However, such administrative duties may be delegated to Kaufman and <br /> Broad - South Bay, Inc. at the City's discretion. <br /> <br />17. With respect to the 16 units to be sold to "moderate Income" households, the <br /> City agrees to waive all City Affordable housing fees of $1,800.00/unit or <br /> $28,800.00 <br /> <br /> <br />
