CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 93-126 A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE MASTER FEE RESOLUTION (92-100) CONCERNING FEES IN CONNECTION WITH THE MOBILE HOME RENT 8TABILIZATION ORDINANCE WHEREAS, on February 2, 1993, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 1588 establishing a Mobile Home Rent Stabilization Ordinance; and WHEREAS, on October 11, 1993, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 1608 amending said Ordinance; and WHEREAS, said Ordinance, as amended, creates certain fees; and WHEREAS, Resolution 92-100 establishes the Fees and Charges for various City services; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Article XIII of the Fees and Charges Appendix is amended to read as follows: "XIII, Mobile Home Ren~ Control Fees A. Registration and Administration Fee. The registration and administration fee created by Section 6.60,090 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code is $100/space. B. Fee for Fair Return Petitions. The fee for filing a fair return petitio (86.60.100, Pleasanton Municipal Code) is $7,500 plus additional amounts as required by the hearing officer to cover additional City costs. C. Fee for Service Reduction Petitions. The fee for filing a service reduction petition (§6.60.120, Pleasanton Municipal Code) is $1,500 plus additional amounts as required by the hearing officer to cover additional City costs. D. Fee for Base Year Rent Adjustment PetitionS. The fee for filing a Base Year Rent Adjustment petition (~6.60.100, Pleasanton Municipal Code) is $7,500 plus additional amounts as required by the hearing officer to cover additional City costs."
