CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 93-124 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DENYING CITY COUNCIL APPEAL <br /> (AP-93-6) THEREBY UPHOLDING APPROVAL OF THE <br /> TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 6618, BOULEVARD <br /> DEVELOPMENT/MOLLER PROPERTIES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission approved the application of <br /> Boulevard Development and Moller Properties for tentative <br /> map approval to subdivide a 198 acre site into 99 single- <br /> family residential lots and six remainder parcels <br /> (consisting of 163.5 acres) of open space, all located at <br /> 5466-5710 Foothill Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br /> - Rural/Low Density Residential/Agriculture, and the West <br /> Foothill Road Corridor Overlay District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Pleasanton Municipal <br /> Code, the City Council of Pleasanton appealed the <br /> decision; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the City Council on <br /> September 7, 1993 and on September 21, 1993, at which <br /> time the City Council reviewed all pertinent testimony <br /> and documents; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determines that the proposed development <br /> is appropriate for the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Denies Case AP-93-6, thereby upholding the decision of <br /> the Planning Commission and conditionally approving the <br /> application of Boulevard Development and Moller <br /> Properties for tentative map approval to subdivide a 198 <br /> acre site into 99 single-family residential lots and six <br /> remainder parcels (consisting of 163.5 acres) of open <br /> space, all located at 5466-5710 Foothill Road. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon the effective date of Ordinance No. 1606. <br /> <br /> <br />
