Contractor is any person, firm or corporation or anyone engaged in <br />placing, erecting or repairing any memorial or performing any work in the <br />Cemetery's grounds, other than an employee of the Cemetery. <br /> <br />Cremated Remains is what remains after the cremation process is <br />completed. <br /> <br />Cremation Vault is a container for an urn made of concrete, metal, <br />fiberglass or durable plastic. <br /> <br />Crypt is a casket space in a mausoleum used for or intended to be used for <br />the entombment of human remains. <br /> <br />Endowment Care Fund is a fund that contains a portion of the monies <br />collected from the sale of interment spaces and memorial. The net income from <br />this fund is used to defray expenses and maintain the Cemetery. <br /> <br />Entombment is the placement of human remains into a crypt. <br /> <br />Family Mausoleum is a private, aboveground structure containing crypts <br />purchased by one family. <br /> <br />Family Burial Estate is an area of lots restricted to a group of persons <br />related by blood or marriage. <br /> <br />Foundation is the base (granite or concrete) on which a memorial is <br />installed. <br /> <br />Garden is a section of the Cemetery containing Interment Spaces that may <br />be identified by a particular name or nurnber and/ or by the type of memorial <br />authorized. <br /> <br />2 <br />
