· 6 Points <br /> <br /> Households of two or more persons who live or work in the City of Pleasanton at the time <br /> of application and who have lived or worked in the City of Pleasanton for at least the prior <br /> two years. <br /> <br />· S Points <br /> <br /> Households of two or more persons who live or work in the City of Pleasanton at the time <br /> of application and have lived in the City of Pleasanton less than the prior two years. <br /> <br />· 4 Points <br /> <br /> Households of two or more person who have immediate relatives (def'med as sons, <br /> daughters, brothers, sisters and parents) who resides in the City of Pleasanton at the time <br /> of application provided the immediate relative has lived in the City of Pleasanton for at least <br /> the prior two years. <br /> <br />· 3 Points <br /> <br /> All other households of two or more persons. <br /> <br />· 2 Points <br /> <br /> Single person households where the individual at the time of application lives or works in <br /> the City of Pleasanton and has lived or worked in Pleasanton for at least the prior two <br /> years. <br /> <br />· 1 Point <br /> <br /> All other single person households. <br /> <br />One bonus point will be given to, (1) households with a single parent, and (2) handicapped <br />head(s) of household. <br /> <br />· Regulatory Agreements <br /> <br /> As part of the close of escrow, the buyer(s) will be required to sign certain agreements with <br /> the City including a Resale Restriction Agreement and Option to Designate Eligible <br /> Purchaser, a City of Pleasanton Homeowner' s Assistance Program (PHAP), Deed of Trust, <br /> and a Promissory Note secured by a Second Deed of Trust.
