Industry Manufacturing - Representative(s) from a <br /> business whose primary function is <br /> manufacturing/industry which has an office or <br /> production plant located in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> 7. Residential Builder - Representative(s) from a <br /> residential builder or developer which has an <br /> office located in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> 8. Financial Institution - Representative(s) from a <br /> bank or savings and loan company located in the <br /> City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> 9. Citizen At Large - Resident(s) from the City of <br /> Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> 10. Pleasanton Convention and Visitors Bureau - A <br /> representative recommended by the Board of the <br /> Pleasanton Convention and Visitors Bureau. <br /> <br /> 11. Educational Community - A member recommended by the <br /> Pleasanton School Board. <br /> <br /> 12. Environmental Community - A representative from a <br /> non-profit group devoted to environmental issues <br /> which has an office or a chapter in the City of <br /> Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> 13. City Council - A representative from the City <br /> Council. <br /> <br /> 14. Small Business - Representative(s) from a small <br /> business headquartered in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 3: Members will be appointed to the committee in <br /> accordance with City Resolution No. 91-91, A Resolution <br /> Establishing Procedures for Appointments to City Boards <br /> and Commissions, except specific groups or organizations <br /> as identified by the Council (i.e., the Chamber of <br /> Commerce, the Stoneridge Mall, the Pleasanton Convention <br /> and Visitors Bureau, and the Educational Community) may <br /> choose their ownrepresentatives, subject to confirmation <br /> by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 4: The Committee shall meet periodically, but at least <br /> annually and no more than quarterly. <br /> <br /> <br />
