<br />Resolution No. 06-023 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Authorizes James W. Wolfe, Director of Parks and Community Services, to <br />execute and file appropriate claims pursuant to the terms of the Transportation <br />Development Act and Alameda County Measure B, as amended, and pursuant to <br />applicable rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, together with all <br />necessary supporting documents, with the MTC, ACTIA and the Alameda County <br />Board of Supervisors for an allocation of TDA and Measure B funds for Fiscal <br />Year 2006/07. <br /> <br />Section 2: A copy of this Resolution will be transmitted to the MTC, ACTIA, and the <br />Alameda County Board of Supervisors in conjunction with the filing of claims, <br />and the MTC and ACTIA will be requested to grant the allocations of funds as <br />specified herein. <br /> <br />Section 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br /> <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON APRIL 18,2006 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brozosky, McGovern, Sullivan, Thorne, and Mayor Hosterman <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~(.J[M~ <br /> <br />awn G.
