<br />7. A temporary construction trailer shall be allowed on site during construction for <br />use during the allowed hours of operation. At no time shall campers, trailers, <br />motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or sleeping quarters on the <br />construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed from the site at the end of <br />each day. <br /> <br />8. If archaeological materials are uncovered during grading, trenching, or other <br />on-site excavation, all work on site shall be stopped and the City immediately <br />notified. The county coroner and the Native American Heritage Commission shall <br />also be notified and procedures followed as required by the California <br />Environmental Quality Act. <br /> <br />9. All storm water design, construction, and design standards shall be implemented <br />in accordance with City standards or as approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />10. A sign program shall be submitted for review and approval by the Planning <br />Commission prior to the installation of any signs on the site. <br /> <br />11. The project may be constructed from this approval as a phased project or in its <br />entirety, at the discretion of the City Manager or his designee. <br /> <br />12. Any trash enclosures shall be covered structures and shall be reviewed and <br />approved by the Planning Director. <br /> <br />13. Backflow preventers and all above-ground irrigation components shall be sited <br />towards the property boundaries, shall be screened with landscaping, and shall be <br />painted forest green unless covered by a box or bag in which case the box or bag <br />shall be forest green, or equal. Backflow prevention devices shall conform to the <br />requirements of the Department of Health Services. No installation shall take <br />place in the field unless approved by the Planning Department. <br /> <br />14. If required by the Police Department, the facility shall be equipped with an alarm <br />system, the type to be approved by the Police Department, and shall be installed <br />prior to occupancy of the building. <br /> <br />15. The project shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code (Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code, Chapter 20.24). <br /> <br />{end} <br /> <br />2 <br />
