portion of the miscellaneous program includes previously committed lease payments and <br />construction expenditures for the City radio system, the new Harvest Park gymnasium <br />and the downtown beautification project, staff is further recommending that these projects <br />also be included in the Council's approval if there is an interest to further review the <br />other parks and miscellaneous programs. Because the lease payments and corntraction <br />projects listed represent previously committed expenditures, it will not materially affect <br />the Council's discussion on reevaluating recommended projects within the parks and <br />miscellaneous program. <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION REVIEW <br /> <br />The Capital Improvement Program was reviewed and approved in its entirety by the <br />Planning Commission at their meeting of June 24, 1993.
