CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ADOPTION OF THE HSCAL YEAR 1993/94 - 1997/98 <br /> CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM AND <br /> APPROPRIATION OF 1993/94 FUNDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the fiscal year 1993/94 through 1997/98 Capital Improvement Program has <br /> been prepared to ensure that infrastructure and capital improvement needs <br /> are met; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the draft Capital Improvement Program at <br /> workshop sessions on June 22 and June 29, and at a public hearing on <br /> July 20, 1993; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Pleasanton Planning Commission has reviewed the draft Capital <br /> Improvement Program and found it to be consistent with the City's General <br /> Plan; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> fiscal year 1993/94 through 1997/98 Capital Improvement Program as submitted; <br /> and <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Council authorizes expenditures <br /> ~~:'i:i!:~!i:~i:i~i,:~::,~~ii;ii',~:, for fiscal <br /> Program projects. <br /> <br /> <br />
