CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br /> ADOPTION OF THE FISCAL YEAR 1993/94 - 1997/98 <br /> CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM AND <br /> APPROPRIATION OF 1993/94 FUNDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the fiscal year 1993/94 through 1997/98 Capital Improvement Program has <br /> been prepared to ensure that infrastructure and capital improvement needs <br /> are met; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the draft Capital Improvement Program at <br /> workshop sessions on June 22 and June 29, and at a public hearing on <br /> July 20, 1993; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Pleasanton Planning Commission has reviewed the draft Capital <br /> Improvement Program and found it to be consistent with the City' s General <br /> Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council hereby adopts the fiscal year 1993/94 through 1997/98 <br /> Capital Improvement Program as submitted; and <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Council authorizes expenditures of $14,048,177 for fiscal year <br /> 1993/94 Capital Improvement Program projects. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
