CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 93-108 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTIN~ THE FISCi~YFARS 199~/94 - <br /> 1997/98 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM AND <br /> APPROPRIATION OF 1993/94 FUNDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the fiscal year 1993/94 through 1997/98 Capital <br /> Improvement Program has been prepared to ensure that <br /> infrastructure and capital improvement needs are met; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the draft Capital Improvement <br /> Program at workshop sessions on June 22 and June 29, and <br /> at a public hearing on August 17, 1993; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Pleasanton Planning Commission has reviewed the draft <br /> Capital Improvement Program and found it to be consistent <br /> with the City's General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council desires to further review certain <br /> portions of the program to assure that they are <br /> consistent with community priorities. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council hereby adopts the streets, water and <br /> sewer projects and all lease payments, approves <br /> improvements to the City radio system ($1,000,000), <br /> approves payments toward the Harvest Park Gymnasium <br /> construction up to $1 million, including the payments <br /> already made this fiscal year, and approves the downtown <br /> beautification improvements ($150,000) included in the <br /> miscellaneous projects program in the fiscal year 1993/94 <br /> through 1997/98 Capital Improvement Program as submitted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Council authorizes expenditures in accordance <br /> with the projects and programs specified in Section #1 <br /> for fiscal year 1993/94 Capital Improvement Program <br /> projects. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
