CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 93-105 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TAX RATE FOR DEBT <br /> SERVICE ON VOTER APPROVED GENERAL OBLIGATION <br /> BONDS DURING FISCAL YEAR 1993-94 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton, a general law city, must <br /> establish its 1993-94 fiscal year tax rate for debt <br /> service on voter approved General Obligation Bonds and <br /> notify the County Auditor of said tax rate before <br /> September 1, 1993; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the tax rate for Debt Service on Bond issues approved by <br /> the voters is specifically exempt from the tax rate <br /> limitations imposed by California Constitution Article <br /> XIIIA (Proposition 13). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The tax rate for debt service on voter approved General <br /> Obligation Bonds for the City of Pleasanton for fiscal <br /> year 1993-94 is fixed as follows: <br /> <br /> Debt Service District No. 1 <br /> .0017% of full value <br /> <br /> Debt Service District No. 2 <br /> .0017% of full value <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
