<br />.. <br /> <br />Exhibit B <br /> <br />. The cost of preparing the Final EIR is <br />estimated based on our knowledge of <br />the project at this time. If the com- <br />ments on the Draft EIR exceed 60 <br />comments (including transcripts) <br />and/or raise new issues, EIP will con- <br />sult with the City regarding the desired <br />level of effort at that time. The esti- <br />mate of 60 discrete, non-repetitive <br />comments addresses only those com- <br />ments that EIP will need to address. <br />Responses for transportation-related <br />comments would be prepared by <br />Dowling Associates and provided to <br />EIP for inclusion in the Final SEIR. <br /> <br />. The EIR will analyze no more than <br />two alternatives to the proposed pro- <br />ject, in addition to the No Project <br />Alternative. The development of the <br />alternatives will be EIP's principal re- <br />sponsibility with concurrence from the <br />City staff. <br /> <br />. The City will provide all relevant <br />background studies, reports, plans, en- <br />viron-mental documents, and GIS data. <br /> <br />Factors that would increase the scope of <br />work and estimated costs outlined in the <br />proposal include: <br /> <br />. Attendance at additional meetings <br />beyond those budgeted (a per cost <br />meeting is provided in the accompany- <br />ing cost estimate); <br /> <br />. Analysis of additional issues beyond <br />those discussed in this proposal or a <br />more detailed level of analysis than de- <br />scribed in this proposal; <br /> <br />. Changes III the project requmng <br />reanalysis or rewriting of report sec- <br />tions; <br /> <br />. Collection of data required for the EIR <br />beyond that described in this proposal; <br /> <br />. Responding to more comments than <br />assumed to address staff concerns or to ad- <br />dress issues raised during the public review <br />period; and <br /> <br />.
