<br />7. A temporary construction trailer shall be allowed on site during construction for use <br />during the allowed hours of operation. At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, <br />or any other vehicle be used as living or sleeping quarters on the construction site. All <br />such vehicles shall be removed from the site at the end of each day. <br /> <br />8. If archaelogical materials are uncovered during grading, trenching, or other on-site <br />excavation, all work on site shall be stopped and the City immediately notified. The <br />county coroner and the Native American Heritage Commission shall also be notitiec and <br />procedures followed as required by the California Environmental Quality Act. <br /> <br />9. All storm water design, construction, and design standards shall be implemented in <br />accordance with City standards or as approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />10. A sign program shall be submitted for review and approval by the Planning Commission <br />prior to the installation of any signs on the site. <br /> <br />11. The project may be constructed from this approval as a phased project or in its entirety, at <br />the discretion of the City Manager or his designee. <br /> <br />12. Any trash enclosures shall be covered structures and shall be reviewed and approved by <br />the Planning Director. <br /> <br />13. Backflow preventers and all above ground irrigation components shall be sited towards <br />the property boundaries, shall be screened with landscaping, shall be painted forest green <br />unless covered by a box or bag in which case the box or bag shall be forest green, or <br />equal. Backflow prevention devices shall conform to the requirements of the Department <br />of Health Services. No installation shall take place in the field unless approved by the <br />Planning Department. <br /> <br />14. If required by the Police Department, the facility shall be equipped with an alarm system, <br />the type to be approved by the Police Department and that this system shall be installed <br />prior to occupancy of the building. <br /> <br />15.
