In conjunction
with the Assembly, ABAG will conduct its Annual Business Meeting at which various matters are
voted upon by the membership. ABAG requests that, in advance of the General Assembly, each
City designate a voting delegate to cast the City's votes on these policy resolutions. An alternate
voting delegate is named in the event the voting delegate is unavailable to vote.

The current Council ABAG representatives are Councilmember Jerry Thorne, member, and Vice
Mayor Matt Sullivan, alternate. Consistent with past practice, they would serve as the voting
delegate and voting alternate, respectively. Councilmember Thorne is planning to attend the
Spring General Assembly.

FISCAL IMPACT
None.

Nelson Fialho
City Manager

SR 006:093
