The term "Act" shall mean Articles i through 4 <br />(commencing with Section 6500) of Chapter 5 of Division 7 of <br />Title 1 of the Government Code of the State of California, <br />including the Marks-Roos Local Bond Pooling Act of 1985, as <br />amended. <br /> <br /> The term "Authority" shall mean the Pleasanton Joint <br />Powers Financing Authority created by this Agreement. <br /> <br /> The term "Board" shall mean the governing board of the <br />Authority. <br /> <br /> Bond Purchase Aareement <br /> The term "Bond Purchase Agreement" shall' mean an <br /> <br />agreement of the Authority to purchase bonds of the City or the <br />Housing Authority solely from funds received from the Authority's <br />simultaneous sale of such bonds to the purchaser or purchasers <br />named therein, on the terms and conditions'set forth therein. <br /> <br /> The term "Bonds" shall mean bonds and any other' <br />evidence of indebtedness of the Authority authorized and issued <br />pursuant to the Act. <br /> <br /> The term "City" shall mean the existing municipal <br />corporation known as the City of Pleasanton, a general law city <br />duly organized and'existing under and by virtue of the laws and <br />the constitution of the State of California. <br /> <br /> <br />
