CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 93-84 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF A JOINT EXERCISE OF POWERS AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLEASEON AND THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PLEASEON WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton (the "City") and the Housing Authority of the City of Pleasanton (the "Housing Authority") desire to create and establish, pursuant to the laws of the State of California, the Pleasanton Joint Powers Financing Authority (the "Authority"); and WHEREAS, there has been presented to this meeting a proposed form of Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement, dated as of June 29, 1993 (the "Agreement"), by and between the City and the Housing Authority, which Agreement creates and establishes the Authority; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The proposed form of Agreement, on file with the City Clerk and incorporated into this Resolution by reference, is hereby approved. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest, seal and deliver, the Agreement, in substantially said formwith such changes or additions thereto that may hereafter become necessary in the interests of the City, any such additions or changes to be conclusively evidenced by the execution and delivery of the Agreement. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
