CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 93-77 <br /> <br /> RE2OLUTION RE~PPOINTIN~ IL~xROLD MC~UIRI TO THE <br /> PLANNING COI. fi~ISSION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the term of Harold McGuirk as a Regular Member of the <br /> Planning Commission expired on May 5, 1993; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, applications were received and interviews held to fill <br /> the vacancy; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor has considered the names of various individuals <br /> who are interested in serving on the Planning Commission <br /> and evaluated their qualifications; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Harold McGuirkis hereby reappointed to a second term <br /> as a Regular Member of the Planning Commission, which <br /> term expires on May 5, 1997, or until such time as he is <br /> replaced. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLYADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JUNE 15, 1993 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner, and Mayor <br /> Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT:~ None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br />Michael H.
