EN3INEER'S REPORT <br /> <br /> LI~DSCAPE DISTRICT NO. 1984-1 <br /> CITY OF PLE~SK~rON, M,K~EDA COUNTY, CALIFORNI~ <br /> <br /> JOSEPH ELLIOTT, City Engineer, Engineer for Landscape District <br />No. 1984-1, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, makes <br />this report as directed by the City Council, pursuant to Section <br />22585 of the Streets and Highways Code (Landscaping and Lighting <br />Act of 1972). <br /> <br /> The improvements which are the subject o~ this Report are <br />briefly described as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Landscaping, including trees, shrubs, groundcover and <br /> irrigation system, all as delineated on the landscape and <br /> irrigation plans for Tract 4986, 5160, 5161, and 5162 <br /> prepared by The Environmental Center, Planners and <br /> Landscape Architects, and on the improvement plans for <br /> said tracts. <br /> <br /> 2. Landscaping, including trees, shrubs, groundcovers and <br /> irrigation system, all.as delineated on thelandscape and <br /> irrigation plans for Tracts 5093, 5163, 5224, and 5256 <br /> prepared by The Environmental Center, Planners, and <br /> Landscape Architects, and on the improvement plans for <br /> said tracts. <br /> <br /> 3. Landscaping, including trees, shrubs and irrigation <br /> system all as delineated on the landscape and irrigation <br /> plans for Tract 5256 (Phase III Landscape District 1984- <br /> 1). <br /> <br /> Said improvements are within the following areas: <br /> <br /> a. East of the eastern boundary of the Arroyo de la <br /> Laguna, west of Tract 5161 approximately 30 feet <br /> wide as shown as Parcel A of Tract 5161 filed <br /> September 20, 1983, in Book 140 of Maps, Page 46, <br /> Alameda County Recorder's Office. <br /> <br /> b. East of the eastern boundary of the Arroyo de la <br /> Laguna, the approximately 30 foot wide parcel west <br /> of Lots 1, 12, 13, 24, of Tract 5162 as shown as <br /> Parcel A of Tract 5162 filed September 20, 1983, in <br /> Book 140 of Maps, Page 48, Alameda County <br /> Recorder's Office. <br /> <br />SR:93:204 - 4 - <br /> <br /> <br />
