The focus areas are then presented to the full City <br />Council and Board of Trustees for review and approval. <br /> <br />At its March 16, 2006 meeting, the Liaison Committee developed its proposed focus areas for <br />2006 which are submitted herewith for the Council's and Board's consideration: <br />
