Resolution No. 93-73 <br />Page Two <br /> <br /> 7) make other clarifying changes to the Design <br /> Guidelines; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 1, 1993, the City Council received <br /> a proposed negative declaration for the application of <br /> Prudential Insurance Company for an amendment to the <br /> Phase I and Phase II Development Agreements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated March 19, 1993 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed major modification <br /> and amendment to the development agreements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and localguidelines <br /> governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and <br /> Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed major <br /> modification and amendment to the development agreements <br /> would not have any significant adverse effects on the <br /> environment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that the proposed project <br /> will have no potential for adverse impacts on the site's <br /> wildlife; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THECITY OF PLEASANTONRESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application <br /> of Prudential Insurance Company, for a major modification <br /> to the approved PUD plan and for the amendment to the <br /> Development Agreements, as filed under Case <br /> PUD-81-30-27M/PUD-SS-8-9M. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Council finds that the proposed project will <br /> have a de minimiS impact on the sito's wildlife. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
