Resolution No. 93-73 Page Two 7) make other clarifying changes to the Design Guidelines; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 1, 1993, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for the application of Prudential Insurance Company for an amendment to the Phase I and Phase II Development Agreements; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated March 19, 1993 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed major modification and amendment to the development agreements; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and localguidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed major modification and amendment to the development agreements would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; and WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that the proposed project will have no potential for adverse impacts on the site's wildlife; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THECITY OF PLEASANTONRESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of Prudential Insurance Company, for a major modification to the approved PUD plan and for the amendment to the Development Agreements, as filed under Case PUD-81-30-27M/PUD-SS-8-9M. Section 2: The City Council finds that the proposed project will have a de minimiS impact on the sito's wildlife. Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
