CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 93-66 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISED CITY COUNCIL <br /> RULES ~ PROCEDURES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meetings of May 4, 1993 and May 18, 1993, the City <br /> Council discussed the necessity of various changes to the <br /> Rules and Operating Procedures established for the City <br /> Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a revised draft of the Rules and Operating Procedures was <br /> reviewed at the meeting of May 18, 1993; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Adopts the revised Rules and Operating Procedures for <br /> the City Council, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />SectiOn 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON MAY 18, 1993 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers- Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner, and Mayor <br /> Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> A ST: <br /> <br /> ke <br />APPROVED AS ~ <br />Michael H.
