CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 93-63 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE I~YOR TO EXECUTE A <br /> COOPEI~TIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF <br /> PLF~S~ON ~ THE COUNTY OF i~IEDA TO <br /> RECEIVE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT <br /> (CDBG) FUNDS THROUGH THEHOUSINGANDCOMMIIMITY <br /> DEVELOPMENT (HCD) PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEAR <br /> 1993-94 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 18, 1993, the City Council reviewed <br /> the report of the Director of Planning and Community <br /> Development (SR 93:211) regarding the HCD program for <br /> fiscal year 1993-94 and the draft Cooperative Agreement <br /> with the County of Alameda; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Council authorizes the Mayor to execute a Cooperative <br /> Agreement between the City of Pleasanton and the County <br /> of Alameda to receive Community Development Block Grant <br /> ( CDBG ) funds through the Housing and Community <br /> Development (HCD) Program for fiscal year 1993-94. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON MAY 18, 1993 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner, and Mayor <br /> Tarvet <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Pegg~ 0L~/~zidr~, 'City Clerk <br /> <br />Michael H.
