CITY COUNCIL OFT HE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 93-59 <br /> <br /> REBOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ORDER IMPROVEMENTB~ <br /> LaNDBC/~PE ASBEBSMENT DIBTRICT NO. 1984-1 <br /> (PURSUANT TOT HE LaNDSCAPING AND LIGHTING ACT <br /> OF 1972) <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THECITY COUNCIL OFT HE CITY OF PLEASANTONRESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />~G_~[~: The City Council intends to levy and collect <br /> assessments within Landscape Assessment District No. <br /> 1984-1 during fiscal year 1993-94. The area of land to <br /> be assessed is located in the City of Pleasanton, Alameda <br /> County. <br /> <br />~G~h~/L/: The improvements to be made in this assessment district <br /> are generally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Construction and maintenance of a landscaped strip along <br /> the Arroyo de la Laguna between Pleasanton Canal and the <br /> Arroyo del Valle. <br /> <br />~: In accordance with this Council's resolution directing <br /> the filing of an annual report, Joseph Elliott, Engineer <br /> of Work, has filed with the City Clerk the report <br /> required by the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972. <br /> All interested persons are referred to that report for a <br /> full and detailed description of the improvements, the <br /> boundaries of the assessments upon assessable lots and <br /> parcels of land within the assessment district. <br /> <br />~Pa~: On Tuesday, the 1st day of June 1993, at the hour of <br /> 7:30 p.m., the City Council will conduct a public hearing <br /> on the question of the levy of the proposed annual <br /> assessment. The hearing will be located in the City <br /> Council Chambers, 200 Old Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, <br /> California. <br /> <br />Section 5: The City Clerk is authorized and directed to give the <br /> notice of hearing required by the Landscaping and <br /> Lighting Act of 1972. <br /> <br /> <br />
