CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 93-53 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE DE 8ILVAGROUP FOR A MINOR MODIFICATION TO THE APPROVED DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR LAGUNAOAKS, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-Sg-5-2M WHEREAS, the Zoning Administrator approved Case PUD-S9-5-2M, the application of DeSilva Group for a minor modification to the approved development plan for Laguna Oaks to make minor changes to the three house models for the 90 single-family lots in "Land Unit B" located at the northwest corner of Bernal Avenue and 1-680; and WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Pleasanton Municipal Code, the City Council of Pleasanton appealed the decision; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Low Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt (Class 3) from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the City Council on April 6, 1993 and on May 4, 1993, at which times all pertinent testimony and documents were reviewed; and WHEREAS, the City Council determines that the minor modifications to the approved floor plans for the Unit B homes would not significantly alter the approved Laguna Oaks PUD for Land Unit B. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OFT HE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the application of DeSilva Group for a minor modification to the approved development plan for Laguna Oaks to make minor changes to the three house models for the 90 single-family lots in "Land Unit B" located at the northwest corner of Bernal Avenue and 1-680, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
