CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 93-53 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE <br /> DE 8ILVAGROUP FOR A MINOR MODIFICATION TO THE <br /> APPROVED DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR LAGUNAOAKS, AS <br /> FILED UNDER CASE PUD-Sg-5-2M <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Administrator approved Case PUD-S9-5-2M, the <br /> application of DeSilva Group for a minor modification to <br /> the approved development plan for Laguna Oaks to make <br /> minor changes to the three house models for the 90 <br /> single-family lots in "Land Unit B" located at the <br /> northwest corner of Bernal Avenue and 1-680; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Pleasanton Municipal <br /> Code, the City Council of Pleasanton appealed the <br /> decision; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br /> - Low Density Residential District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt (Class <br /> 3) from the requirements of the California Environmental <br /> Quality Act (CEQA); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the City Council on <br /> April 6, 1993 and on May 4, 1993, at which times all <br /> pertinent testimony and documents were reviewed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determines that the minor modifications <br /> to the approved floor plans for the Unit B homes would <br /> not significantly alter the approved Laguna Oaks PUD for <br /> Land Unit B. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OFT HE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of DeSilva Group for a minor <br /> modification to the approved development plan for Laguna <br /> Oaks to make minor changes to the three house models for <br /> the 90 single-family lots in "Land Unit B" located at the <br /> northwest corner of Bernal Avenue and 1-680, subject to <br /> the conditions on Exhibit "B", attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
