Pleasanton residents will be provided an annual pass upon <br />application to the Department of Parks and Community Services. <br />The pass will require the holder to provide proof of identity at <br />the gate if requested. <br /> <br />Pleasanton residents pass holders will be allowed to bring in an <br />additional three guests per car. <br /> <br />5. Bicyclists must individually provide a park pass. <br /> <br />Nonresidents will be provided a day pass upon application to the <br />Department of Parks and Community Services. A nonresident day <br />pass holder will be allowed to bring in an additional three <br />guests per car. <br /> <br />Horse trailers will require a special day permit. No more than <br />three horse trailer permits per day will be allowed initially. <br />Horse trailer permits granted to Pleasanton residents only. <br /> <br />Golden Eagle Estates Property Owners will be notified of any <br />special permitted use other than City or School use. <br /> <br />City will monitor traffic to determine frequency of use when <br />requested or to establish share of maintenance responsibility. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Should the staging area experience use that exceeds the available <br />parking, City will close park until parking is available. Should <br />staff not be present and Golden Eagle staff be made aware of park <br />staging area reaching capacity, they may close the park until <br />space is available. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />City will provide appropriate bicycle speed signs on Golden Eagle <br />Way if desired by Golden Eagle Property Owners. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />City will provide signs identifying the route to the park and <br />stating other areas are private if desired by Golden Eagle <br />Property Owners. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />City will consider painting a green stripe to the park if traffic <br />consultants do not have a problem with the concept if desired by <br />Golden Eagle Property owners. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />city park map will clearly identify Golden Eagle Estates as <br />private with public use limited to Golden Eagle Way to the park. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />If Golden Eagle Property Owners desire to install a card system <br />appropriate for public use, the City will cooperate in issuing <br />the cards/taking deposits, etc. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />City will provide a small sign for posting at entry to Golden <br />Eagle Estates noting Augustin Bernal Park entry is by permit only <br />available at the Department of Parks and Community Services, <br />Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />
