CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-44 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR <br />ACCESSING AUGUBTIN BERNAL PARK THROUGH GOLDEN <br />EAGLE FARMS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Tract 6033, Golden Eagle Farms, was conditioned to <br />provide a staging area for Augustin Bernal Park and to <br />provide public access to the park through the private <br />development; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of April 20, 1993, the Director of Parks <br />and Community Services presented a report (SR 93:130) <br />regarding the proposed Management Plan for accessing <br />Augustin Bernal Park through Golden Eagle Farms; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the above plan was reviewed by the Park and Recreation <br />Commission on March 11, 1993 which recommended approval <br />of the plan presented; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the Management Plan for <br /> Accessing Augustin Bernal Park through Golden Eagle Farms <br /> as set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference, is adopted. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON APRIL 20, 1993 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: Mayor Tarver <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Dennis, Mohr, Pico, and Scribner <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
