CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-43 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE i~RT IN <br />PUBLXC PY.~CE~ COMMITTEE <br /> <br />due to the resignations of Art Dunkley and Keith Wardin, <br />there are two vacancies on the Art in Public Places <br />Committee; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor has considered the names of various individuals <br /> who are interested in serving on the Committee; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Joan Tenbrink and Patty Picco are hereby appointed as <br /> members of the Art in Public Places Committee. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON APRIL 6, 1993 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Dennis, Mob_r, Pico, Scribner, and Mayor <br /> <br /> Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Michael H.
