CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 93-34 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY MASTER FEE <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 16, 1993, the City Council <br /> reviewed the report of the Director of Finance (SR 93:92) <br /> regarding a proposed update of the City's Master Fee <br /> Schedule. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Master Fee Schedule adopted by Resolutidn No. <br /> 92-100 is hereby amended in its entirety to read as set <br /> forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON MARCH 16, 1993 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner, and Mayor <br /> Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />LFOPegg3UU.
