CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 93-29 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING HARVEY KAMENY AS A <br /> MRMBER OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY BOARD OF <br /> COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Harvey Kameny was appointed as a member of the Housing <br /> Authority Board of Commissioners to fill the unexpired <br /> term of Darren Stevenson, which term expired January 25, <br /> 1993; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor has considered the names of various individuals <br /> who are interested in serving on the Housing Authority <br /> Board of Commissioners and evaluated their <br /> qualifications; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Harvey Kameny is hereby reappointed to the Housing <br /> Authority Board of Commissioners for a four year term, <br /> which term expires on January 25, 1997, or until such <br /> time as he is replaced. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON FEBRUARY 16, 1993 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Pico, Scribner, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Mohr <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> A~~~ <br /> Pegg~ ~. ~/E~idro~ City Clerk <br />APPROVED AS - o <br /> <br />Michael H.
