CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 93-21 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE MASTER FEE <br /> RESOLUTION (92-100) CONCERNING FEES IN <br /> CONNECTION WITH THE MOBIT~ HOME RENT <br /> STABILIZATION ORDINANCE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Council on February 2, 1993, adopted Ordinance No. <br /> 1588 establishing a Mobile Home Rent Stabilization <br /> Ordinance; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Ordinance creates certain fees; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution 92-100 establishes the Fees and Charges for <br /> various City services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Article XIII is hereby added to the Fees and Charges <br /> Appendix to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "XIII. Mobile Home Rent Control Fees <br /> <br /> A. Reqistration and Administrative Fee. The <br /> registration and administrative fee created by <br /> Section 6.60,090 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code <br /> is $100/space. <br /> <br /> B. Fee for Fair Return Petitions. The fee for filing <br /> a fair return petition (§ 6.60,100, Pleasanton <br /> Municipal Code) is $7500 plus additional amounts as <br /> required by the hearing officer to cover additional <br /> City costs. <br /> <br /> C. Fee for Service Reduction Petitions. The fee for <br /> filing a service reduction petition (§ 6.60.120, <br /> Pleasanton Municipal Code) is $1500 plus additional <br /> amounts as required by the hearing officer to cover <br /> additional City costs." <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
