CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 93-15 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPOINTING VALERIE HURST, CHART~S <br /> DECRERT, AND DORENEPARADISO TOE SERVICES <br /> COMMISSION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the terms of Human Services Commissioners Bernard <br /> McEntee, Valerie Hurst, and Dawn Gordner expired on <br /> December 10, 1992; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor has considered the names of various individuals <br /> who are interested in serving on the Human Services <br /> Commission and evaluated their qualifications; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Reappoints Valerie Hurst as a member of the Human <br /> Services Commission for a four year term, which term <br /> expires on December 10, 1996, or until such time as she <br /> is replaced. <br /> <br />Section 2: Appoints Charles Deckert as a regular member of the <br /> Human Services Commission for a four year term, which <br /> term expires on December 10, 1996, or until such time as <br /> he is replaced. <br /> <br />Section 3: Robert Kinney, the current alternate, is appointed as <br /> a regular member of the Human Services Commission for a <br /> four year term, which term expires on December 10, 1996, <br /> or until such time as he is replaced. <br /> <br />Section 4: Dorene Paradiso is appointed as the alternate member of <br /> the Human Services Commission to fill the unexpired term <br /> of Robert Kinney, which term expires on May 20, 1995, or <br /> until such time as she is replaced. <br /> <br />Section 5: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON FEBRUARY 2, 1993 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Mohr, Pico, Scribner, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Pe~~ zid~k <br />Michael H.
