CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 93-12 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPOINTING REPRESENTATIVES TO THE <br /> TRI-CITIES/TRI-VALT2Y TASK FORCE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Tri-Cities/Tri-Valley Task Force was recently <br /> organized to consider ways by which the cities of <br /> Fremont, Newark, Union City, Pleasanton, Dublin, and <br /> Livermore can more effectively influence Alameda County <br /> policy; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section IX (B) of the City Council Policies and Operating <br /> Procedures requires that the Mayor nominate and the <br /> Council appoint representatives to regional and local <br /> boards and commissions; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council hereby appoints Karin Mohr as its <br /> regular representative and Dorothy Scribner as its <br /> alternate representative to the Tri-Cities/Tri-Valley <br /> Task Force. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JANUARY 19, 1993 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Mohr, Pico, Scribner, and Mayor Tarvet <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> P~ggyJ~. ~i~ro, ~ity Clerk <br />APPROVED AS <br /> <br />Michael H.
