CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 93-11 <br /> <br /> AMRNDMENT TO RESOLUTION NO. 92-100 (MASTER FEE <br /> S~DULE) RELATING TO SECTION X. SEWER RATES, <br /> FEES AND CHARGES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Dublin San Ramon Services District (DSRSD) and the <br /> City of Pleasanton jointly utilized the services of a <br /> utility rate consultant to perform a detailed sewer rate <br /> analysis; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff presented a report (SR 93:11) to the City Council <br /> at its regularly scheduled meeting on January 19, 1993, <br /> regarding recommended sewer rate adjustments for calendar <br /> year 1993. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Section X of the Master Fee Schedule relating to sewer <br /> rates, fees, and charges is hereby amended per Attachment <br /> A. <br /> <br />Section 2: Local Rates shall become effective thirty days after <br /> final adoption of Ordinance No. 1587. Regional rates <br /> shall become effective March 1, 1993. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JANUARY 19, 1993 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Mohr, Pico, Scribner, and Mayor Tarvet <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> P~ggyJI~Y e/zfdro, ~ity Clerk <br />APPROVED AS T.~ <br />Michael H.
